Laptop freezes when closing and reopening the lid

OpenMandriva version:
ALL versions of plasma ,rock, rome, cooker, x-11 and wayland

Describe the bug:
Laptop locks up and is unrecoverable after closing and reopening the lid

Steps to reproduce:
closing qnd reopening the lid

Observed behavior:
does not go to lock screen but freezes, wifi icon shows no connection and keyboard and touchpad no longer work. It is necessary to force reboot using the power button. reboot usually goes to grub recovery, ctrl+d do not work second reboot is necessary but boot normally after this.

Expected behavior:
Screen wakesup at lock screen

Additional comment:
This but is not present when using gnome, a similar bug was reported related to kwin
