Change LEDs on Topside Adapter #33

The LEDs that were being used are no longer being stocked. They were replaced with the following.

LUMEX SSL-LXA228GC-TR31
LUMEX SSL-LXA228YC-TR31

These LEDs are harder to come by, so future board designs should be designed to accept a different style of LED.
