Drop shadow effects in title text is not rendered

Some title templates feature a drop shadow effect. This is correctly displayed in inkscape but not rendered in openshot at all:

System Details:

• OpenShot Version 3.3
• OS: Ubuntu 22.04

Please provide the exact steps you did so I can try and replicate this issue. Don't leave any details out. Also, I do use Inkscape because of OpenShot but definitely not an expert so be sure to include those steps as well.

I don't have Ubuntu 22.04 and I am running Windows 11.

Just create a title using a title template employing drop shadows. Examples include Bar 3 or Gold bottom.
When viewing the title in inkscape, the drop shadows are correctly displayed. In openshot they are not.
