Describe the bug

I have to set the environment variable CMAKE_PREFIX_PATH=C:/path/to/vcpkg/installed/x64-windows with the clue in the last reply here

Am I the problem? :)

Also:
I have problems building OSI used in the ASAM-OSI-Utilities. Apparently it has to do with the parsing of the version?

Running cpp protocol buffer compiler on C:/repositories/asam-osi-utilities/build/_deps/open_simulation_interface-buil
d/osi_version.proto
Die Syntax für den Dateinamen, Verzeichnisnamen oder die Datenträgerbezeichnung ist falsch.
