Hello,
My internet ISP's speed is currently 1gb/s while connected directly to it (speedtest showing 950mb/s).
I have a private server which also has a 1gb/s speed on it, and openVPN configured with TAP.
The problem is that when I'm connected to openVPN from my windows 10, max speed is limited to 20mb/s (speedtest showing 20mb/s).
I already checked issue #3 , but it was created 3 years ago and I wanted to know if somebody has a tip to unlock speed to 1gb/s.
Thanks,
Storm

Same here, I have a 200MBit/s internet connection but my OpenVPN "Tap-Windows Adapter V9" (installed from latest OpenVPN Windows Client openvpn-install-2.4.4-I601.exe only shows 100MBit/s and my speedtests confirm that I can only reach 100MBit/s while using the VPN tunnel.
The machine my tunnel is connected to has a 1GBit/s internet connection so it's definitively the TAP adapter slowing down the connection.
