[Feature Request] Viem support

I'm wondering if there is any interest / talk about making a version of this upgrades plugin that supports viem, mainly in regards to the deployProxy and upgradeProxy methods. I use hardhat and originally used the viem flavor for initial development before making my contracts upgradeable. I've since rewritten my scripts / tests to use ethers, but I'm wondering if there is any intent on providing a viem version.
I haven't dug into the code very much so I'm not sure how much effort it would be to add support for both, but I wanted to throw it out there.
