Another thing for @stefaniebutland and I to think about when we review - moving content from the index page of the booklet to the Reflections page - https://openscapes.github.io/booklet/

We could use website-new/champions_program.html to help decide what goes on the INITIATIVES > Reflections Program page and use this as a model for any program i.e. what components go on website and what go in separate repos
