Iterate yellow boxes for books/resources

@samanthacsik, I've worked on the text for the Initiatives page (commit) – thanks for recombining!

Could you please work with the CSS a bit further on the yellow boxes for the books/resources throughout the site? I am thinking that if it doesn't extend to the full width of the text it would work little better visually. For example in the screenshot below, what if the box only extended to the width of that longest line of text (and then wrapped). I'm not sure my idea is the best or final so if you have other ideas you have please try/iterate as well!
