Elasticsearch IndexManager is no longer assigning the ContentItemId as the _id

After the recent major upgrade to the Elasticsearch Library, indexing a document does not set the ContentItemId as the _id of each record as it did before.

We triaged this issue and set the milestone according to the priority we think is appropriate (see the docs on how we triage and prioritize issues).
