Generic Issue

Description

As of #1790, we now have a helper bot for creating bump-my-version commits and adding things to the project board. More privileges will be added as we move repositories to use bot-managed workflows like theses.

In order for use to ensure that the bot commits are "verified", we need to add a GPG key and safely/securely load it before pushing commits to main.
