HI how are you hope you are fine. I wanted to have an information that if my 1st bitcoin unconfirmed transaction will be without RBF protocol then I can cancel it or reverse it in 2nd transaction with higher fee and it will be done successfully?
or if 1st btc unconfirmed TX will be RBF then i can cancel or reverse it?
Or in both above mention cases it will be done successfully.
