The test files are located outside of src folder, due to this, eslint shows error messages about missing configuration

Action

Fix linter configs by including/excluding required files failing linter
Format config files

Expectation

Error messages about missing configuration should not show up in JsonFormatter.test.tsx
Tests should run and pass
