This will be a handy enhancement to return any errors in the RC interface when entering them.
I have installed the plugin and followed the instructions, but nothing is happening after I have added an external IMAP server.
Where do I look for error messages? Fetchmail is not generating any errors yet, syslog says nothing, roundcube error log is quiet...
if I force a perl /var/vmail/fetchmail.pl, it runs and exits with no verbosity.
Ideas?
(BTW, thanks for a great plugin, been looking for this for awhile)

Quick update: Turns out its something do with fetchmail permissions:

/home/vmail/.fetchmail.pid: No such file or directory
fetchmail: lock creation failed.

I did a quick search online and there is a graveyard of unanswered requests for help with this. Ill keep digging until I find some answers...

@conspacer I think your issue is related to file/folder permissions for fetchmail to work with
