Win安装必须条件：

C++ 编译环境。推荐Visual stuido build tools。

Win安装出现的问题：

paddlespeech-ctcdecoders 没有安装成功不要紧，这个包不是必须的。

可以识别方言么比如四川话河南话转换成文字
