@shubham-wise since Low Priority issues don't escalate, what's the use case for wanting them to be automatically acknowledged?

My mistake,

I am not well versed with pagerduty vocabulary.

Sometimes, during on-call I receive too many notifications, and I want some of the these (matching some pattern or keyword) notifications do not even notify me and get auto acknowledged.
