Export scenario as a recording that can be played back

Description

We need a feature in the UI that allows users to record a scenario as it plays out and export it into a file that can be replayed.

Why

Recording scenarios for later review or sharing helps users analyze gameplay, demonstrate features, and streamline collaboration or training.

Acceptance Criteria

• A “Record” button or similar UI element to start recording the scenario in progress.
• Ability to export the recording as a file once the scenario ends or is paused.

Additional Context (optional)

• Consider file format and how recording might integrate with existing scenario controls (pause, replay, fast-forward).
• Ensure performance is maintained during recording.
