Move questions to seperate repository and use that in the application

To seperate the application files and the questions, they should be moved to a seperate repository, which is then linked in the application.

This is done, so updating the questions in the ui can trigger a process where the updated questions are committed and pushed to the repository without endangering the application files them selves
