Add index-enable to the stepgen module. Also fix bug to encoder, which is missing the position-offset in the HAL.

Affected Components

  • CLI.
  • Supported boards (i.e. 5A-75B, 5A-75E, HUB75HAT, etc.)
  • Supported connections (i.e. SPI, Ethernet, etc.)
  • Modules (i.e. GPIO, PWM, stepgen, encoders, etc.)
  • Documentation

Module is ready for testing whether the new function does work.

Did check whether the firmware and driver compiles.
