Process

Use the template here: google docs
(examples of 1-page "policy forecasts")(tips for writing) which makes recommendations for data publishing in Allegheny County
- use the papers found in step 1 as a guide
- audience: political leaders, or something which can be echoed by advocates
Contribute it to GitHub with source materials
Publish it on our website
