updated footer

Context

This new footer will be fixed/floating on desktop, where it will extend our navigation and serve as a CTA for donation.

Requirements

• make the new footer. design still WIP, wireframe here: https://www.figma.com/design/UsbyOrgtBnLMyyqlfqIOqm/PDAP-v2?node-id=6549-3531&node-type=canvas&t=8Y50GJ6sT1DV0aSa-0
  • it will be used on pdap.io and data-sources-app
• looks like we'll need font awesome 5 for the coin icon, and it has some other nice icons + features

@josh-chamberlain I'm thinking the best move here is to handle the UI here, then hit the donorbox API from the consuming applications and pass the data into the component from there. Does that sound okay to you?

Also, FYI, I've started using font awesome's Vue package instead of the stylesheet import. So we've been on v6 for a while now 😅.

@joshuagraber sounds good re: donorbox, their embeds are a bit...well, ours will look nicer. Sneaky trick with fontawesome, but appreciated!
