Pressing " (double quotes) in Git commit message causes error #4551

I 'm new to dev Env if there is a mistake sorry for that as i don't know much 👍

When I try to commit using git commit -m ", an error occurs, and Git throws the following log:

Steps to Reproduce:

Open PowerShell.
Navigate to a Git repository.
Run:
git commit -m "

The error occurs immediately.

Environment:

OS: (Windows 10 )
Shell: PowerShell
Git Version: (git version 2.45.1.windows.1)
PSReadLine Version: -

This issue was already fixed (see #1306). Please upgrade to the 2.3.5 version of PSReadLine from PowerShell Gallery.
See the upgrading section for instructions. Please let us know if you run into the same issue with the latest version.
