The README.md lists:

Supported PowerShell Versions and Platforms

  • Windows PowerShell 3.0 or greater
  • PowerShell Core 6.1.0 or greater on Windows/Linux/macOS

However, this does not appear to be accurate:

Good catch, the readme needs to be updated. That is because PowerShell Core 6.1 itself is already out of support.
