Problem on French translation

Hello,

Since latest update (1.13.1), French language is a duplicate of German language, langs.js is maybe the problem because FR section is duplicate of DE part under it.

Steps to reproduce

1. Select French
2. Language in German
3. Select German to verify that is German language
4. Same language

What was the expected result?

French translation instead of German

Open-Meteo
