Should AzViz evolve into "A Cloud-agnostic, AI SaaS App" with a freemium tier?

4 years ago, before joining LinkedIn, I built 'AzViz' or 'Azure Visualizer'. A tool close to my heart and was a fun little side project.

With no promotion, marketing, or active development in the past 4+ years, its steady organic growth amazes me:

1️⃣ 600+ GitHub stars ⭐
2️⃣ 75K+ lifetime downloads on PowerShell Gallery (📈 200+ downloads weekly)
3️⃣ 30 unique visitors/day on the repo, with 300+ visitors in the last two weeks 👀
4️⃣ Thriving discussions in forums 💬 also complains that repo is not maintained 😅 (I hear you guys!)
5️⃣ Regular references from Google, Reddit, ChatGPT 🌐 etc
6️⃣ Multiple emails/inquiries from Azure consultants/customer success teams in 4 years 🤝

Despite competitors in the cloud diagram space, it feels like there’s something timeless about the problem it solves. Could this be a sign of product-market fit? 🤔

Lately, I’ve been longing for the simple joy of building something from 0 ➡️ 1. Could this be the right moment to reimagine AzViz as "a cloud-agnostic SaaS web app" with a freemium tier, giving back to the community that made it all possible? 🚀
