New UI/UX report to review - UI/UX of Mirador in Mmmonk

Hello,

In the #Design channel on the IIIF Slack a analysis of a software called Mmmmonk was done, which has an instance of Mirador.

Some helpful data was collected for us to analyse for improving the UX of Mirador.

Thanks @brittnylapierre -- I have written up few tickets from the report.

I wanted to point out that a prior label called "Usability study" has 17 tickets. These were written in 2020.
