Removing tags in Validate only works in English

Brief description of problem/feature

If you have your language set to something other than English, trying to remove a tag in the new Validate does nothing.

I expect that I was going to fix this when adding translations soon (#3586), but I think it's worth specifically noting this issue here.

Presumably we're just using the text on the buttons instead of using an ID.
