Download script seems to be failing for DC during the depth data section

Looking at the log files from our running scraper, the logs look good in every city except for DC. The DC script seems to only be logging the XML and image section, then nothing being logged for depth (an indication that it's erroring out).

I haven't put any time into looking into the cause bc no data is being added in DC anyway, so nothing new had been happening in this city for years. I'm going to pause the script in DC for now until I'm ready to look into this.
