现有的 Markdown 预览已经很不错了，如果加上目录就完美了。
终于想起来了，这才是我不用 Seer 的最重要的理由。

这个可以，因为markdown是用JS渲染的。
回头我看看有什么现成的轮子从HTML生成目录的。
