This PR adds the option for Gensim users to submit donations, using the new(ish) Github Sponsors button.
To let people know this option exists, I added a new "Donate" button to the Gensim website, plus a new page "People Behind Gensim" with sponsors (currently empty).
I doubt there'll be many donations (that ship has sailed) but if I'm wrong, we discussed with @mpenkov to organize a "Gensim get-together" between Misha-Radim-Gordon. Location TBD (Prague / Sapporo / US).
If there aren't enough donations, or the administrative process is too onerous for me (taxes etc), I'll get rid of this again.
