My system language is Catalan, but the Windows Clapper build from GitHub Actions does not use it. It works correctly in Linux.
FYI, Catalan is usually either: ca, ca_ES or ca-ES. But I bet this happens with any non-default (English) language. Probably a GTK issue, though.
