Adds a setting to disable automatic selection of the localized audio language.
If the force setting is off, then
'default audio' is whatever audio channel YouTube decides to use.
For some a/b users and for all users with iOS spoofing, default audio is the localized audio track of the same language as the app.
But for non a/b users and users with Android VR spoofing, default audio is usually the original language track.
