Make sure we understand what happens to bridged messages across forks #94

There seems to be some asynchronicity between sending a message via the bridge from L2 to L1 and it being received from the L1 bridge.

Make sure we understand what happens at the moment of a fork, ie if I send a message to a bridge that has now been replaced by 2 bridges, does anything bad happen?
