Fix the OpenGraph properties at the top level of relisten.net #38

The Apple App Search Validation Tool found some issues with the root relisten.net link. Specifically:

The description could be improved
An image is missing
There are no touch icons (this probably doesn't matter much though because anyone on iOS can just use Relisten.app)
