Describe the Bug
Fast closing and opening of tooltips in PropertyGrid(s) can cause crashing.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

Go to Edit Mod
Go to Update Support
Enable GameBanana
Move mouse fast over dropdown and item id, click the combobox dropdown.

Expected Behaviour
Application doesn't crash.

Additional Context
Appears to be a .NET 7 bug outside of my control., stacktrace and context matches.

This got fixed in .NET since then.
