Unsplit name field

Pet peeve, low prio: There's not much sense in having two name fields, that are almost exclusively used as "${first_name} ${last_name}", given https://www.kalzumeus.com/2010/06/17/falsehoods-programmers-believe-about-names/
Instead: Do only one "full/legal name" field.

I strongly agree with @henryk on this. Let's get rid of it as soon as AA allows us to get rid of it.
