We are working with the Catalog - Permission table in an Activity Report, and we noticed the following issues:
Even though the table does not have a Date field, it should ideally store all historical permission data. However, we are unable to retrieve details of:
Users who have left the organization
Users whose IDs have been deactivated
Additionally, there seems to be a data inconsistency in how permissions are recorded.
Example: I have a supplier email ID, but the activity report does not show any data for this ID.
This behavior is unexpected and inconsistent, as other users' permissions are being captured.
Overall, this is a strange and unexpected behavior that affects our ability to track permissions accurately.
