See AG-16 Clause 3.3 (Introduction), AG-16 Clause 4.2 (Conformance Terms), 
and ISO Directive Part 2 Clause 13 (Introduction).

should be:

See Introduction and Conformance Terms as defined by SMPTE AG-16 and ISO Directive Part 2.
