Feature Description

In the Environments module, when you select "Environment Media" or "Environment Samples" the option "Vectors" (with two suboptions: Mosquitos and Ticks) does not appear.

Added Value/Benefit

Adding the option "Vectors" to the "Environment Media" and "Environment Samples" (with two suboptions: Mosquitos and Ticks) would be very helpful for the sampling of Vectors, specially for vector-borne diseases, which are spreading fast due to climate change.

Acceptance Criteria

1. Add "Vectors" to "Environment media"

When opening an Environment form and clicking the “Environment media” dropdown menu, an option for “Vectors” should be added to the list. See screenshot below:

Image

If selecting “Vectors”, a dropdown menu with two options (“Mosquitos” and “Ticks”) should appear.

2. Add "Vectors" to "Environment Samples"

If the Environment Samples Box on the right (see screenshot 1 below) is opened, and the option “Vectors” is chosen from the “Sample material” (Screenshot 2). Then two Vector options (“Mosquitos” and “Ticks”) should appear and the “Sample measurements” section should disappear (see screenshot 3)
