Describe the Bug

The link to GitHub Pull Requests links to sharepoint. There is currently no way I can see which Pull Requests Dory is refering to.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Trigger any Dory email

Expected Behavior

There should be a link from the email that takes me to a place in GitHub that allows me to see the PR's Dory is referring to.
