♻️ Email Formatting - Add space and combine tasks

Pain

The formatting of the email as well as the tasks can be improved.

What code could be improved?

'Try review PR's is not really a task.

Acceptance Criteria

1. Add an extra line after 'Hi {User}'
2. Combine tasks 1 & 2 so that it reads something like "review your outstanding PRs and reply with: ..."
