✨Add VS Code extension

• Updates Console Application to use Cocona
• Adds VSCode extension
• Brings over the license from the current VSCode GitMoji as it was used as a base

An already packed extension can now be installed/found at src/Extensions/Packaged Extensions

You can install it with code --install-extension .\ssw-fireemoji-vscode-0.0.1.vsix

This is only working for VSCode version ^1.63
Only works for windows
