UI for uploading blogs

I'm always frustrated when people make pull requests for publishing new blogs.

Describe the solution you'd like
There should be UI for uploading blogs, anyone on internet with an email should be able to log in and publish their blog. We might need a database for storing all the data of blog posts.

Ya, I agree the current method is tedious and unnecessary.

The UI is on our to-do list, Gajraj and Tushar had also given us some ideas about it after we joined the volunteer team (alternatives/frameworks that we can consider using). Till the complete rewrite is over, I'll have to continue publishing the weekly spacewalk blogs like this. But we're going to start work on that soon !

If anyone else also has ideas, we can still discuss them and figure out a good method to do this. @STAC-IITMandi/open-source-team-2021
