Inset text component contains a non-GDS CSS class

The govInsetText component contains an extra Salesforce class "slds-hyphenate".

According to the SLDS documentation "This will allow the text to break, or hyphenate, depending on the browser's capabilities". This may not be needed and may cause text to format differently to what is expected from a gov.uk service.

If there is a requirement for special formatting, it should be added as an option to the component and not as default behaviour.
