Add new dataset

Since I've created a new dataset, it should also be added to HuggingFace (see here).

Since I want to keep both datasets (mine and Sam's), I have to contact HuggingFace because the resulting overall size will be over 300 GB, which is the default max value and can only be increased if approved by HuggingFace.
