So far I have the quiz that has all the point values, the way this quiz works is that there are 5 questions and there is a score value for each of the 5 questions based on the score of each question you get your total score. Your total score then takes you to two opening pages one for white and then one for black that teaches you what to do.
this is one of the openings that I have done which is the scillian, I have done the scillian, caro, the french, the Scandinavian, the Kings indian for black and I have done the Ruy lopez, the london system, the vienna, the kings gambit, and the Scotch opening for white.
|time|day|What I worked on|
|1 hour|May 19th| I figured out what I wanted to do|
|3 hour|May 20th - May 22nd| I finished the quiz and worked on some openings|
|4 hours|May 23rd| I finished the rest of the openings except one|
|1 hour| May 22nd| Worked on more openings|
|1 hour| May 24th| Figuring out how to deploy and how to connect the API and whatnot|
The score value for the quiz is going to get stored in an API and then sent back to the frontend, I need to work on deploying, the sass, and getting the frontend and backend to work. Overall this should all add up to 20 hours because I will need to do some testing with the sass and more things for the openings. Also once the score is revealed there should be a button where when clicked on it will highlight the two opening pages on the screen and then once one below it is clicked it takes to the openings for white and then at the bottom it should take you to the opening for white for that point range. (not done yet but about to finish)
After all of this there is one thing I want to do. If I can get everything done by friday (which seems realistic) I want to add one more feature which is opening puzzles where I add puzzles to each opening part and so if you play the wrong move in the opening logic it will tell you that you are wrong but if not it will tell you that you are right.
