DEO is finally archived, it's been a good run but time for better ways of doing things.

Replace with SciMLOperators https://docs.sciml.ai/DiffEqDocs/stable/features/diffeq_operator/
Mention MOL instead https://docs.sciml.ai/DiffEqDocs/stable/examples/beeler_reuter/#Laplacian
