While initialization now exists, there's a few interface enhancements we should consider:

Trivial (length 0 state) NonlinearLeastSquaresProblem always returns success NonlinearSolve.jl#387 throw better errors for initialization failure if there are 0 states
We should have a way to pass initialization_eqs which bypasses the defaults.
Documentation of how to use this effectively
Reinitialization interface, for changing the t parameter.
