show 'scoop update' warn at bottom?

hi!

i was thinking if it would make sense to show the warning to update scoop at bottom.
the reason being, if the outdated list is long, then user won't see that warning right away unless per scrolls to the top.

inspired from other tools like pdm and pip too show the outdated warning at the bottom.

what do u think 😃 ?

Hmm, seems like a good idea, but I wonder if it'll be a breaking change for users?
