open3dengine scoop manifest url

this is probably a dumb question but the version that would checkver is 24.09.1 from "url": "https://o3debinaries.org/download/windows.html", "regex": "v(\d+(?:\.\d+)+)" and what i would need to do is manage to get the download url to be https://o3debinaries.org/main/Latest/Windows/o3de_installer_2409_1-offline.zip but the issue with the url is it has the 2409_1 in the url which is to represent the version, how would i turn 24.09.1 into 2409_1 in the url
