When triggered from the WAErrorFunctinoalTest.

The gist of the 'Unable to proceed' instructions are to 'hit Refresh', but
that just causes the error to be raised again. 

I know that we've got a sticky wicket here, but in this case the proper
instructions should be more along the lines of 'hit the back button, and
try again'
